This piece was inspired by the experience of carrying too many thoughts at once.

The constant mental movement of overthinking, holding emotions in, trying to stay present while your mind moves in a hundred different directions underneath the surface.

Some sections feel heavy and crowded, others softer and quieter, reflecting the way our internal world is always shifting.

A reminder that even when things feel mentally loud, there can still be warmth, balance and beauty within it.
